On this episode, Ashdin is joined by Padma Shri Awardee Dr. KK Aggarwal, physician and cardiologist, President of the Heart Care Foundation of India, and President of the Confederation of the Medical Associations of Asia and Oceanic.

Ashdin and Dr. Aggarwal talk about his approach to living with COVID-19 in our lives, how he started down this path, the time in 2015 when he attended the World Medical Association Meet and discussed why the various associations of the world were not working together to find out solutions for emerging diseases, how he breaks everything down into basic formulas and correlates everything with the Vedanta and our epics.

Dr. Aggarwal also breaks down some simple tips that people can follow to avoid getting infected, and tons more. He also talks about physical barriers - both medical and public, the proper way to use and dispose of masks, hand-hygiene, and many more important topics.
