06: Phil Coorey

Phil Coorey is a multiple business owner and local Toowoomba legend. Alongside his family, Phil has owned and operated The Spotted Cow sports bar in Toowoomba for the last 23 years. Most recently, Phil has opened Toowoomba's first premier rooftop bar George Banks. If he's not greeting you at a his restaurant, you can bet he'll be filling your ears with his incredible sports and pop culture knowledge.
