- insisting on paying rent in cash,
- negotiating the deposit excessively,
- displaying disrespectful behaviour,
- or wanting a space that is too big for their current needs.
It’s important to trust your instincts and conduct due diligence when something feels off. While it may be tempting to fill vacancies quickly, it's crucial to be selective and choose clients who will contribute to the success of your investments.
