#897 Listener Q & A - Harps (PT2)

In instalment two of our listener Q and A extravaganza, I chat about internal voices, the psychology and science of ageing, staying focused and productive when we’re not ‘feeling it’, my thoughts on ‘fitting in’ to a group, the likelihood of Tiff coaxing me into a Zuu workout, my (brief) thoughts on the current reality of health care (from an industry, societal and individual perspective), the pros and cons of competition, the six famous people I’d have at my dinner table, life ‘getting in the way’ (does it?) and idea of identifying our values and whether or not they change over time.
