Witney Carson’s Postpartum Journey

Witney Carson joined us in this episode to share her experience as a postpartum mom during COVID. Witney faced a mountain of unexpected challenges when she gave birth, from an unplanned C-section to battling COVID while caring for a newborn. After recovering, Witney went on to face pressure to bounce back to her pre-baby, professional-dancing self. Witney wants other moms to know that giving yourself grace in postpartum is an act of self-love. She shared her experience with body image and recovery in hopes that other moms will know they’re not alone and that embracing their own unique journey is so important.
