In this episode I wanted to share more personally and talk into how I've learned to be more present and ensure I don't get distracted away from making the most of a moment.
My aim is to inspire and interest and make the subject as simple and accessible as possible so that hopefully you might put the practice to use yourself and look to deepen your knowledge in the space going forward.
