Wed-Dec-14th Hour 2: Naloxone kits and mandatory training for Ontario Businesses?

Minister of Labour, Monte McNaughton, announced today that Ontario businesses that self identify as "high risk” settings in which opioid overdoses could take place will be required to have a Naloxone kit on-site beginning June 1 but is that  affair requirement of business owners?  Or, is it in line with the health standards already imposed on Ontario businesses of various sizes
