#800 Grape-Vining & Short Shorts - Greg Sellar

This was something of a trip down memory lane (fitness lane?) because like me, Greg Sellar is an old-school fitness bloke. Back when I was wearing short shorts, writing exercise programs and teaching people how to lift heavy things, Greg was travelling the globe as one of the world’s premiere Group Exercise teachers, grape-vining, box-stepping and step-touching his way around fifty-five countries. These days (also like me) he’s shifted into the corporate speaking and coaching space and doing some great work. This was like catching up with a more coordinated, better looking and better dancing version of me. Enjoy.
