Despite being below the retail industry standard for revenue lost due to theft, the number of brazen robberies inside Ontario's liqour stores have steadily increased year over year. The problem, is that employees are being told to essentially look the other way when it comes to theft. Kind of defeats the purpose of having "control" in your masthead, doesn't it?
