The Red Army's Role in the World War II
It wasn't really that significant, either in terms of global act on the war. Although, if you're Finnish, it probably fills that way. I mean, what it did, what it definitely showed is what problems the Red Army had and which then obviously in 1941, writ large by Barbarossa. It's one of the reasons why Hitler goes into the Soviet Union in June 1941, rather than 43, 44 - partly because he hasn't defeated Britain.
