The State of the Hack is a report that looks at what companies are seeing in terms of cyber threats and intelligence. This year, phishing was 38% effective out of all attacks; 70% of MFA was misconfigured. White hats were doing pen testing to find vulnerabilities so they could then talk to clients about fixing them before it's exploited.
