If IRS rate does end up being sold, it will be another blow to the Irish stock market. I don't think we will see any more REITs coming into the market. We have seen very few IPOs in the last five years. Nothing in the last 18 months or so. Ambitious companies looking to grow and take on extra capital should not use the dominant stock exchange as a route to do that.
