"It's just amazing how great it is to be a CEO of a large public company I mean if they were like the founder and see it okay I can respect that," he says. "I perfectly planned my career to get into big tech and it was executed flawlessly" He tried getting into tech in 2012 after his layoff but couldn't get in at all because he came from finance so he didn't have a tech background. In 2007 when internships dried up there was nothing available for people who wanted to work on Wall Street as an investment banker.
