Bob Nersasian found $570 that he didn't know existed and sent it to the state. The money was part of an Albertsons reward program when his kids were going to a certain school. He says under Nevada law, if someone comes into possession of property belonging to another person, they are not allowed to benefit from it. That interest is required to be turned over to the state for use in its general fund.
