Most people are so completely identified with a voice in the head that we may describe them as being possessed by their mind. The ego is constantly a self-definition to remind yourself who you are, and what you have to tell your story of your past. This is the self-definition. Confusion can be overcome if you become comfortable with not knowing who you are.
