How to Give Positive Feedback When Hiring
The first 60 days or so can be usually almost all positive conversations. And then it's probably not until month three or four, where you're starting to see the results of their work. So that's about the right timing if you if you hired the right person where they're going to start making some mistakes. I try to have a conversation within 48 hours with the candidate to collect their feedback share our feedback versus radio silent and taking forever to get back to candidates as a major turn off.
