Military Drone Bombing in Syria
CNN's John Defterios looks at a drone strike that killed dozens of women and children. He says the military tried to cover it up, even though there were high civilian casualties. The top leaders weren't even notified this happened, he writes. This is not an imminent threat or war crime, defterios argues. It was done for political reasons because these are people who have taken up arms against U.S., he adds.
