The Possibility of a Gag Order in the Trump Case
Trump has been known to do things that are construed or seen as obstructive and he has used his social media in ways that people have found problematic. I don't think a judge will lock him up, pretrial if he's going out there and doing the things that he's always done. Only really one judge who could restrict him is Judge Cannon because of her ruling that she's a Trump appointee. She had the ruling earlier regarding the Taint Review that was favorable to Mr. Trump.
