The new 80 billion dollars will produce 200 billion dollars of tax collections that the i r s other would not otherwise have gotten. The point of this new money is really to go after the wealthy taxpayers who are avoiding paying taxes on those those millionaires. But more importantly, we need to restore a senseof fairness on the part of americans as to who'se paying taxes and whoswho isn't.
