The Benefits of Elective Classifications in Higher Education
Madasal: We're seeing some campuses move to doing campus-wide assessment of students' leadership abilities through their entire undergraduate career. And then the use of existing campus-wide assessments like the National Survey of Student Engagement or that provide national comparisons as it relates to everyday leadership. Madasal: These are some of the things that we learned from the pilot institutions who participated. After we close this first round into the applications, we'll learn more about the types of leadership strategies and the ways that institutions are thinking about leadership across the institution.
