Are You Sleep Deprived?

When we get older, we stop deciding to sleep. Just 24 hours of sleep deprivation leads to about a 6% decrease in glucose reaching your brain. We tend to put sleep off so we can get stuff done, not understanding that we're doing a crap job at it. So this will lead you to going and grabbing those snacky type foods like Twinkies or cookies. If you're fatigued, you'll find your hand in that bag of Cheetos and you got orange fingers.
