I want to talk about the future of real estate when it comes to online social media accounts in a second but before that I want to dive into kind of your story about how you got into this. So why did you get into that originally before real estate and what were the lessons you learned selling people services and phones. After a long stretch there with the AT&T stores I went over into real estate and said okay it's you know this is currently where the money is at, so now it's not activating a phone for somebody it's helping them execute the loan on their house or helping them refinance their house.
