Setting Longer Than Expected Expectations

Laurie would come in and be like, ok, here's all the questions that i couldn't answer this morning, or that i specifically needed to run by you. I would verbally then give her all o the answers that i could, and she would call the clients back with that information. If it was something that really, definitely, 100 % needed exclusively my attention, which was really rare, right? But i did have time built into my schedule. And it's setting expectations, again, with your clients. So letting the clients know it's not going to be at noon to day, it's not o bet onet day. It's no, can be right away.
