The Holocaust and the State of Israel

The way we think about the Holocaust was created by the original Israelis, basically by the state of Israel. It's been used ever since then to argue consistently for further and further economic and military aid from the United States to Israel. If you don't give us these fighter jets, there will be another Holocaust is what they have said every year since 1948. They've managed to create a feeling of guilt among the entire world, but especially in the West based on their narrative of the Holocaust. The only ethnic and religious group on Earth that gets to have its own state protected by the rest of the world, why are Jews so special?
