Don't Sell All Your Properties Just Because You Own Them
i think that these properties aren't doing you many favors. You don't have to sell all your properties. If you've got one or two that are amazing, keep the ones that really work well,. But if they don't work, get rid of em. The other way is to go into the personal budget and say what's a reality? So i think we're making good money, but not making 22 thousand dollars a month. That'll be an absurd amount right now. How do we fix that problem? Got cut expenses by unloading a couple of your cash ful of property.
