The NYPD is giving away 500 Apple AirPod GPS trackers. The devices are supposed to cut down on high-speed car chases. CNN's John Sutter says he doesn't see any major constitutional problems with this type of tactic. He warns that people should know they're potentially creating a risk for themselves by putting such a device in their vehicle.
