Is the Bivalent Booster a Pandemic?

The president's up to five shots i think he's on his last booster what do you say to people who are reluctant to get the booster which i think is 95 percent of the country? We don't necessarily have the data that shows us one way or the other what this will do we know from a small mouse study and some small studies that it will boost antibody response. I think those who are considered highest risk those over the age of 65 maybe severe medical conditions should talk to their doctor about getting this updated booster.
