Jean: I like to make lists almost everywhere. Here's the list I need to talk to my manager about. If you're starting a new gig, follow Ping's order for prioritizing what you tackle first. Find the low hanging fruit and find what will have the biggest impact to ARR. Follow the areas where you hear the most consistent feedback about what sucks. And lastly, communicate early and often with your cross-functional partners about what you're finding and what you're prioritizing.
