The Importance of Comfort Levels in Trading
Everybody's got their own level of comfort and I think you need to understand what that is. For somebody like my mother who couldn't stand to see her account go up or down a penny, she would have to trade at a 10th of 1% risk to keep it so boring. Comfort level can also come from expertise. May not be material to making a lot of money but it's very material to your experience and your growth as a trader. The lower you go just putting a trade on and taking it off even at a very low level the more comfortable you get.
