Roxanne Jones: One of the things you don't expect to be a measurement of a non-profit's impact is just those relationships that are built. "Relationship is everything, right? And so, you know, from my own experience, what's made me fall in love with this organization is going down on a trip and suddenly finding I've got a new lifelong Guatemalan friend," she says.
