Do You Still Need a Property Manager if You Are Going to Rent Out to Social Housing?
As the landlord, you are really one extra step removed from the physical occupants or tenants who will be in the house. So regardless of which social housing provider you go with and how they sell themselves to you, I would always recommend take on your own professional property manager. It's an open ended amount of risk that you can open yourselves up to if you do not look at dotting the eyes and crossing the tees on a tenancy agreement. Just to be clear for everybody at home would joke it, obviously. We properly invest the only value we care about, of course, is the value of the house. Great dollar.
