Power lifty curious is my favorite new phrase a to i could not agree more. And this kind of gets back to what i was saying about younow needing the level playing field on the perfectly drained field with the regulation ball. It's cool because it's really easy to track variables when you have all that. I think that the takehome from this particular section is that if someone's not meeting the current physical activity guide lines, like, thats your that's your first goal and then you can work on exceeding that based on their goals.
