How Do You Reform a Church?

When a pastor loses his job, he has two options. He can either quit and go to work in the secular world somewhere or jump around churches like you would do also in the corporate world. The third option that was popularized some years ago is church planting as well. You know, there's really not a whole lot you can accomplish in that short of time, maybe seven years.
