BonJean: Not everybody has courses being taught at the same time, or they may be a transition medium. As an adjunct, you're afraid of doing anything that might get you in the bad look of the school because then you won't get the contracts. But just a little bit of making that connection, getting them to understand, they're not there by themselves is huge.
