Do Pull Ups?

I've taught more people to do pull ups. As i've never done a pull up in my life,. I'll have em doing 20 pull ups. When you do that kind of thing, when you do the negatives, eccentric contraction is what it's called. Whenever you're pushing and shortening a muscle is called concentric - we're forty % stronger in eccentric contraction. Do you know the difference? Oham. Just lat and it's all about control on the way down. Even if you can't bring yourself back up doing those negatives. Ease down. Fight, fight, fight,Fight, fight,fight, fight, fights.
