The intro really serves a purpose which is to give you a break or between being awake and asleep the wind down that's been shown to work with a lot of different sleep related stuff. The story tonight will be an episodically modular story and none's in space meaning you could listen to it in any order i think this episode is going to be a seasonal one but it not very seasonal like about dressing up and uh going out and saying hey how about a treat for me.
