I would say, for me, i'm very much about accountability. If i see a high degree of that, i'm good. But if i hear a lot of blame, not so good. Being from louisiana, there's a thing called a cage and underground. And it might feel like everybody's involved in real estate, but the circle is actually really small.

For average investors, private money lending has been mentally squared away as “something mega-wealthy people do.” Most investors will write off lending money because they think they lack the experience or funds to do a successful deal.
