How Pansy and I Manage Speed Dating Conversations
How do you make sure people don't have shiny new syndra SOS, shiny object syndrome? Because that is a, that is a real thing. Also, that's how people procrastinate. Man, I think that it really depends. So on things we do like clockwork, we are so consistent on our staff meetings and our review system. And what's nice about that, it actually frees us to say, hey, let's try this this time. And if it doesn't work, we'll fix it next time.
