How Do You Manage a Stop Loss?

I would let a trader have a trade on even if I didn't like it provided one I couldn't prove it wrong mathematically so if a guy had an arbon and he said this works this way if I could prove that he was wrong then it had to come off right. When you blew through the stop all of a sudden you're eating into everyone else's compensation effectively most importantly my compensation so I was keenly aware about that but you know you got to give people some room to navigate  and I found it a lot of places I worked that that wasn't the case there was just too much micromanagement.
