I liked this choice of wonder as as the keyword because it's an interesting contrast to super foods, which in the have that same transgressive more than literally super nature. The other question that I wanted to ask you here before we jump into the chapters themselves is this kind of exploitative nature of wonder foods. How are these attempts to make so-called quote unquote better foods implicated in all of these sort of evils of the modern world?
