Headspace is a free app that talks about mindfulness meditation. There are several different 10 minute meditations designed to help you as you go through your day on that. Another one called mind shift targets people who might be experiencing worry. It's trying to use some of the techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy. And I think it'd be quite helpful for adults as well actually.
