Stewart: Can't i get into the property market for less in terms of dollars than having to buy a house, ern apartment? And you know, it's impossible. There are difficulties there on that. Stewart says when a shareholder requires a large parcel of shares which it doesn't want, say, as an under wrider, it's described as an overhang because the shares are expected to be sold. The market interprets this negatively.
