Ritt: A lot of american school districts now have systems where parents can indicate preferences for schools. We want you to think, which school would i like my kid to go to, as opposed to which school? If i say that's my first choice, will will get me the best school for my child? So even when we don't have enough great schools, we could waste the ones we have cause they might be great for different people.
