Jeremy Cohen's Case Was Suspended and He's in a Mental Health Facility.
Phillip Cohen: If the Masterson case that Phillip Cohen is trying, and that jury's out for several days already, usually means you've got the makings of a hung jury. Jeremy's case was suspended mid trial over mental health questions in May, 2022. So basically he's incarcerated, but in a mental health facility, and it looks like that'll just be how his life will play out. Oh, no, no more trial. I mean, maybe if he is evaluated to be of sound mind in the future,. But it seems like he is his cases were suspended and he is now in a mentalhealth facility.
