How Did You Get Interested in Astrophysics?
At a young age, i was pretty convinced that astronomy wasn't very interesting. I got interested in physics because it was easier and less boring than trying to memorize the capitals of all the soviet republics. The idea that you could measure something in the laboratory and then apply it to stars or the sun is relatively recent from the last couple of centuries.
