As you begin to focus on how you're feeling at this moment, allow yourself to go deeply into the way you want to be feeling right now. Inhale and exhale gently through your nose. Notice how your breath calms down as you focus on this one emotion you want to feel. Visualize yourself in this emotional state you want tobe feeling. It's very difficult to think negative thoughts, to experience anger when you're experiencing an open, receptive heart of loving kindness.
