How I Decided to Interview the Best Traders

I didn't have the format in mind. The only idea I had was, hey, be fun to interview the best traders and sort of an excuse to meet these people, pick their brains. So that three section format is what I used for that book and every other market was a book I've done. Because it just seemed to work well. And after I think I did the first chapter using that format, it seemed to work and I did it for the rest.
