The Importance of Building a Tribe

There's a lot of directions we can go in your work. I see so many young people and they kind of get, they get where you're going. They don't seem to get that that tribe that you want is never going to come along if after 20 or 30 years, you've just been going through life like silently hacking and making a little money here or there. So what we talk about is being deliberate about cultivating over many years a community or a network of relationships that you really want to invest in.
