Do We Need to Modernize the Criminal Justice System?

I mean, i think many of us have gott a parking ticket where you actually have to to set on there. To contest this, you have to go in person. So certainly we do want to make sure every defendant who wants it in person trial, that right is vindicated. And in fact, we have far too few trials, which is part of the problem with the trial penalty and plea bargaining.
