Tutankamon would have been far too young to be making big decisions. It's unlikely he would have had major in put to anything, until probably not long before his death. Even if tutankamon came to the throne ten or 15 years later, we have no real way of knowing to what extent he would've had the skill,. ahemph you know, to lead like a monarch.
